    5 baking potatoes
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 cups milk or light cream
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 cups cooked ham, cut into chunks
    1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Wash potatoes. Drain, but do not dry. Place potatoes in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Cool potatoes slightly. Peel and slice. In a sauce pan melt butter. Add flour and salt; stir until blended. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Cook several minutes stirring until smooth and thickened. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, potatoes, and ham. Place all into a 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a 350ºF preheated oven for 30 or 40 minutes. Makes 4 or 5 servings.
