1 pound ground beef
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup -- undiluted
1 cup water
1 cup uncooked instant rice
fresh chopped parsley

In a skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients; stir to combine. Spoon into a 1 1 /2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 325ºF for 50-60 minutes. Yield: 4-6 servings.
