Kielbasa Potato Casserole

3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 1/2 cups milk
3 cups sliced potatoes
1 ring Kielbasa sausageRecipe
Melt butter, stir in flour to make roux. Gradually, blend in milk and salt, pepper, and boullion. Stir until thickened (consistency of gravy.) Place sliced potates in a greased 9x9 casserole dish. Pour sauce over the potates. Bake for 40 minutes in a 350ºF oven. Add sauage ring on top of the potates and bake for 20 minutes more.
