8 Ounces Fine noodles
1 Cup Margarine
2 Cups Instant rice
2 Cans Onion soup
2 Cans Chicken broth
1 Teaspoon Soy sauce
1 Cup Water
8 Ounces Water chestnuts; sliced -- drained

In medium or large skillet, brown noodles in margarine. Mix in all other ingredients. Remove from skillet; place in 2 quart casserole. Cover; bake for 45 minutes at 350ºF. Serves 8.
