8 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Ritz crackers
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon celery seedRecipe
Combine chicken, soup and sour cream; spread into a greased 9x13 pan. Mix crumbs, butter and celery seed; sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake, uncovered at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with the parsley and red pepper if desired. Yield: 10-12 servings.
