Salmon Delight Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 pound can salmon
1 pound can cream-style corn
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives or parsleyRecipe
Drain salmon; reserve liquid. Flake salmon in bowl; remove bones and skin. Add liquid, corn, milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Blend well. Place in 8-inch-square baking dish. Melt butter; mix with crumbs, cheese and chives or parsley. Sprinkle on top of salmon mixture. Bake at 375ºF for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
