1 cup long grain rice, cooked
1/2 pound parmesan, melted in hot rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups sour cream
1 cup creen chiles, chopped
1 pound turkey sausage
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup pecans
