1 cup raw rice
1 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup diced celery
1 large can Spam
2 cans chicken rice soup
1 1/2 soup cans water
Recipe
Soak rice for several hours. Fry onions and celery for 10 minutes. Cut up Spam and brown. Mix all ingredients with soy sauce and soup with water. Bake in casserole for 1 1/2 hours at 350ºF. Stir once in awhile.
