    Spinach Beef Biscuit Bake

    List of Ingredients




    2 tubes of buttermilk biscuits
    1 lb hamburger
    Worstershire sauce to taste
    chopped onion to taste
    2 eggs beaten
    1 (10oz) pkg. chopped spinach thawed and SQUEEZED dry
    2 small cans mushroom pieces drained
    1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
    1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    Melted margarine to drizzle on top

    Press and flatten the biscuits onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 11x7 pan. Brown the hamburger, onion and mushrooms together adding worsterchire sauce while cooking. In a bowl mix the beaten eggs and the well drained spinach and stir well. Add in the cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper.Mix well again. Add the beef and stir well. Spoon onto the biscuits and drizzle with margarine. Bake uncovered at 375¼F for 25-30 minutes til crust is lightly browned.
