Taco Biscuit Casserole

List of Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef; cooked, rinsed and drained
2 envelopes of taco seasoning
BISCUIT TOPPING:*
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 1/4 cups Bisquick
Toppings:
1/2 cup sour cream
shredded lettuce
chopped tomato
chopped onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheeseRecipe
In a skillet mix the cooked beef and taco seasoning.Mix up according to pkg directions. Spoon meat into a greased 9x13 pan. In a mixing bowl combine the eggs and milk; stir in biscuit mix. Blend well and pour over the hamburger. Bake, uncovered @ 400 for 20-25 minutes til golden brown. Cool for 5-10 minutes. Spread sour cream over the top; sprinkle the lettuce, tomato and onion on next. Top with cheese. Serve immediately.
* for a little more zip add 1 small can undrained green chilies to the biscuit mixture.
