    1/4 Cup Nonfat Plain Yogurt
    1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
    2 Teaspoons Hot Pepper Sauce
    1 Pound Chicken Breast Halves Skinned And Boned
    1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
    Vegetable Cooking Spray
    Salt

    In a shallow dish, combine yogurt, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Add chicken and turn to coat all sides. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, occasionally turning chicken in marinade. Preheat oven to 350. Remove chicken >from marinade and dredge in bread crumbs, pressing lightly
    to help crumbs adhere. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Arrange chicken breasts in one layer in a baking dish coated lightly with spray. Bake for 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle lightly with salt, if desired. Serves 4
