    Chicken Creole with Chili Cream Sauce

    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    2 teaspoons creole seasoning
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup water
    4 ounces chopped green chiles, drained
    1 teaspoon lime juice
    1/4 cup sour cream
    hot cooked rice

    Recipe



    Season chicken with Creole seasoning. In a large skillet, cook chicken in hot oil until browned on both sides. Add
    soup, water, chilies and lime juice. Bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until internal juices of chicken run clear. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice. Serves 4.
