Chicken Marinara

List of Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves -- (1 pound)
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
3 garlic cloves -- minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 28 ounce jar meatless spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup red wine or chicken broth
hot cooked angel hair pasta or spaghettiRecipe
In a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook chicken for 6 minutes on each side; remove and keep warm. Add mushrooms, garlic, basil and Italian seasoning to skillet; saute until mushrooms are tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce and wine or broth. Add chicken; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve over pasta. Yield: 4 servings.
