    List of Ingredients




    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1/4 cup egg beaters® 99% egg substitute
    1/2 cup fat free crushed wheat crackers
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1/2 cup marsala wine or red cooking wine
    1 packet chicken bouillon, dry mix
    2 tablespoons chopped parsley

    Pound chicken to 1/4" thick. dip in egg beater, then coat with cracker crumb. Set aside. In nonstick skillet, cook minced garlic in chicken broth for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken and cook for 6 minutes or till done,turning once. Remove to serving platter; keep warm. In same skillet, add wine, chicken bouillon pepper, and parsley. Might need to add little more chicken broth if too dry. Cook and stir til thickens and boils. Spoon over chicken and serve. Serves 4.
