    Mom's Honey Mustard Chicken Bake

    List of Ingredients

    2 whole chickens, cut up or 2 pkgs. of desired chicken parts
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup butter
    1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Recipe

    Place chicken parts (best if skinned) in a large shallow baking pan. (13x9x2 preferred)
    In a saucepan, melt butter; stir in remaining ingredients and heat through.
    Brush glaze over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours (depending on size of chicken parts), until chicken is golden brown. Baste chicken frequently with sauce while baking, and turn chicken after 45 min.
    Yield: 6-8 servings; adjust recipe as needed for a smaller or larger amounts.
