Chicken Strip Snackers

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
2 cups cornflakes crumbs
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup melted butter

Heat oven to 400ºF. Cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips. In small bowl combine sour cream and eggs. In another bowl, combine cornflake crumbs, sesame seed, parsley, cheese, paprika, garlic salt and pepper. Dip the chicken pieces in the sour cream mixture and then roll in the crumb mixture, coating evenly. Place on a 15 by 10 inch jelly roll pan. Drizzle with melted margarine. Bake at 400ºF for 25-35 minutes or until light brown. Serve warm with sauce if desired.
