3 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Halves Or Thighs
1/4 cup Soy Sauce Low Sodium
2 tbl red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp vegetable oil
1 lrg Clove Garlic
1/4 tsp oregano Recipe
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, oil, crushed garlic, and oregano. Pour mixture over chicken arranged in shallow baking dish and cover. Bake for 375ºF for 45 minutes, then turn chicken and bake an additional 15 minutes. This comes out extremely tender and has a wonderful flavor.
