Chicken in Spicy Orange Sauce

2 whole Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 tb Olive oil
1/4 c Flour
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Paprika
1 md Onion, chopped
1 lg Garlic clove, minced
1 c Chicken stock
3/4 c Orange juice
1 Green or red pepper, cut into strips
-grated rind of one orange
1/8 ts Crushed red pepper
1/2 ts Cumin
1/2 ts Oregano
1 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Parsley Recipe
Heat oil in skillet. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika and roll chicken in mixture. Reserve excess flour mixture. Brown chicken in oil. Transfer to a casserole dish. In same oil, saut onion and garlic until soft. Sprinkle in leftover flour and stir to blend. Add stock and juice and mix until flour is dissolved. Add green pepper, orange rind, crushed pepper, cumin, oregano, lemon juice and parsley. Cook over medium heat until sauce is thick and smooth. Pour over chicken and bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
