    List of Ingredients




    12 chicken thighs, skinned, boned and cut into bite-size pieces
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 cup white wine
    1 cup thickly sliced leeks
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
    1/4 cup heavy cream

    Recipe



    In a large skillet, sauté the chicken in hot oil until browned on all sides.  Remove the chicken from the skillet.  Pour off excess oil.  Sauté onion until tender.  Add wine and chicken; cover and simmer until chicken is tender.  Add leeks, salt, and pepper; cook for 5 minutes.  Stir in mustard and cream; toss and serve.
