Crispy Sesame Chicken 2

List of Ingredients
1 1/4 cups cornflake crumbs
1/4 cup sesame seeds
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 Dash ground red pepper
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
8 skinned chicken breast halves (6-ounce)
Vegetable cooking spray
2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine melted
Thyme sprigs (optional)Recipe
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag; set aside.
Combine yogurt and honey in a shallow dish; stir well. Add chicken to yogurt mixture, turning to coat. Remove chicken from yogurt mixture; discard yogurt mixture. Add chicken to bag; seal bag, and shake to coat. Remove chicken from bag; place the chicken on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray, and drizzle melted margarine over chicken.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 1 chicken breast half).
