    Potatoes -- pared and diced
    4 chopped scallions
    2 1/2 pounds chicken pieces
    Seasoned salt and pepper to taste
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 1/3 cups water
    Paprika
    Garlic powder to taste

    Preheat oven to 375¡F. Cover bottom of a greased 13x9x3-inch baking pan with a layer of 1/2-inch diced, pared potatoes. (Figure on 1 potato per person.) Sprinkle with chopped scallions. Arrange chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Combine soup, sour cream and water. Pour over chicken and vegetables to completely cover. Sprinkle with paprika and garlic powder to taste. Bake at 375¼F. for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked and browned. Serves 6
