Honey-Curry Glaze for Chicken Breasts

1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon curry powderRecipe
In a small bowl stir together 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon curry powder. Spread on cooked chicken during last 2 minutes of cooking or reheat the chicken with the sauce on it 1 to 2 minutes.
NOTES : Serve over boneless skinless chicken breast sauteed in a skillet , baked, or microwaved.
