    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup fine chopped walnuts
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons water
    1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1/3 cup flour
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons oil
    2/3 cup chicken broth
    3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup chili sauce
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
    1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drain and chop

    Heat oven to 375ºF. Mix bread crumbs, walnuts and salt. beat eggs slightly; stir in water. Coat chicken breast halves with flour, then dip into egg mixture. Coat with crumb mixture. heat butter and oil in 10" skillet over medium heat until hot. Cook chicken in butter mixture for 2-3 minutes, turning once, til golden brown. Arrange chicken in ungreased 9" square baking dish. Pour broth around chicken. Sprinkle cheese over chicken. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon onto chicken. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Serves 6.
