Italian Chicken with Cream Sauce

4 boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup italian salad dressing
1 ounce cream cheese softened (1 to 8)
1 can cream of chicken soup undiluted
1 can mushrooms (1 ounce) drained (1 to 4)
1 lb. fettuccine cooked, drainedRecipe
In a dutch oven place the italian dressing and chicken and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to a mild simmer and simmer for 30 minutes. Pour off any fluids left in the pan. Mix 1/2 cup water with the chicken soup and add the mushrooms and the cream cheese over the chicken in the pot.
To serve place some fettuccine on each plate, put a breast on top of the pasta and spoon sauce over the top. Serves 4.
