Jamaican Chicken

List of Ingredients
3 uncooked skinless boneless breasts of chicken, split
6 pineapple sliced - no juice
1 can Fat-Free cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Place pineapple rings in an 8"x12" baking dish. Top with chicken breasts, salt and pepper.
3. Mix condensed soup with coffee and spoon over the chicken. Top with cheese.
4. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until cheese is melted, at 375 degrees
