4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves -- cut 1" cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 ounces cream cheese
1 1/4 cups white cooking wine
1 1 ounce pack ranch dressing mixRecipe
Lay chicken pieces in a 9" X 13" baking dish. In a blender, puree soup, cream cheese, wine, and dressing mix. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake in 350ºF oven for 45 minutes. Good served over linguini pasta noodles.
