    List of Ingredients





    6 chicken breasts, skinned, boned, halved
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 cup chopped fresh dill (4 tbl. dried)
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lemon
    butter

    Recipe



    Press chicken breasts to flatten them and place each on a sheet of foil large enugh for wrapping. Season with salt and pepper. Blend dill, parsley and garlic; sprinkle over chicken. Slice lemon in thin rounds and place two rounds over each breast. Dot each breast well with butter and fold each piece of foil into a packet. Put packets on a baking sheet and place in preheated 350ºF oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 6. Can also be grilled over hot coals for 10 minutes, turning often until done, when juices ran clear and not pink.
