1 egg, beaten
1/2 can (of 6 oz can) frozen orange juice -- thawed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 dash salt
3 tablespoons butter
3 pounds chicken pieces
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Recipe
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large baking pan. Combine egg with orange juice and soy sauce. Season bread crumbs with salt and paprika. Dip chicken pieces in mixture then coat with bread crumbs. Place skin side of chicken up and bake uncovered at 375ºF for 50 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
