Oregano Chicken

1/4 cup butter or margarine -- melted
1 envelope italian salad dressing mix
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 broiler/fryer chicken -- cut up (3-1/2 to 4 pounds),
1 tablespoon dried oregano -- (1-2)Recipe
Combine the butter, salad dressing mix and lemon juice. Place chicken in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-m. baking dish. Spoon butter mixture over chicken. Cover and bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes. Uncover. Baste with pan drippings: sprinkle with oregano. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until the chicken juices run clear. Yield: 6 servings.
