    6 chicken breast halves skinned
    1/4 butter or margarine melted
    1 can frozen orange concentrate (6 ounce) thawed
    1/4 cup honey
    3/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon thyme
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375°F.  Spray a large baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.

    Brush the chicken with butter.  In a shallow dish, combine orange juice and honey.  In another shallow dish, mix bread crumbs, flour, paprika, thyme, and salt.

    Roll the chicken in honey mixture, then in bread crumb mixture.  Place the chicken in prepared baking pan and drizzle with any remaining butter or honey mixture.

    Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until tender and no longer pink.
