1 chicken, cut into pieces
seasonings to taste, including:
season salt, pepper, garlic powder,
onion powder, sweet paprika, dill weed
sesame seeds
Recipe
Wash and cut up chicken and place on a broiler pan that has been lightly sprayed with a cooking spray. Remove skin from breasts and thighs. Start skin side up. Sprinkle all seasoning, EXCEPT SESAME SEEDS, over chicken. Turn over and repeat this time adding the sesame seeds. Turn your oven to broil and place chicken on a rack in the center of the oven because you don't want the outside black and the inside under cooked.
When chicken has browned on that side turn over and sprinkle more sesame seed on the skin side. Continue cooking until the chicken is golden brown. The skin may be removed from the legs and backs as well though it is more difficult. This can be done with all white meat too. Serving Suggestions: I serve this with rice pilaf, broccoli, Challah/egg bread, and cranberry sauce. The leftovers are great in chicken salad the next day too!
