    2 pounds chicken breast halves without skin
    1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1 egg -- beaten
    1 cup flour
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350ºF. Dip chicken into yogurt. coat with flour. coat with egg wash and finally into breadcrumbs. Place on baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
