5 pounds skinned chicken thighs
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons ground ginger
4 teaspoons soy sauceRecipe
Grease two 11x7 inch baking pans with oil. Place chicken in single layer in pans. Combine sauce ingredients and baste chicken well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350ºF for about 1 hour, basting with sauce once during baking. Serves 8.
