    5 cups Beef - London Broil cubed
    1 1/2 cups Onion chopped
    6 cloves Garlic chopped
    4 teaspoons Lard
    1/2 cup Jalapeno peppers chopped
    1/2 cup Serrano chiles chopped
    35 ounce Tomatoes diced
    14 ounce Tomato sauce
    12 ounce Beer

    ~~ -- Dry Ingrediants -- ~~
    4 tablespoons Chili powder
    1 teaspoon Dry Mustard dry
    1 tablespoon Cilantro dry
    2 1/2 teaspoons Cumin dry
    1/2 teaspoon Black pepper crushed
    2 teaspoons Salt
    1 teaspoon Oregano
    3 each Bay leaf
    4 tblspoons Corn Meal fine yellow
    1 tblspoons Paprika

    ~~ -- Wet Ingrediants -- ~~
    1 tblspoons Molasses
    1 teaspoon Mole' Poblano
    1 tblspoons Balsamic Vinegar
    1 teaspoon Beef Base
    1 tblspoons Brown sugar
    1 cup Hot Water to dissolve above

    Recipe



    In frying pan, brown meat . Remove the meat and drain. In same frying pan, melt lard and cook onions, peppers and garlic slightly.
    Add meat, onions, peppers and garlic to slow cooker.
    Add tomatoes and tomato sauce.
    Add beer.
    Mix dry ingrediants together prior, mix well and add.
    Add water if needed cup at a time.
    Let this cook for 2 hours at 250.
    After 2 hours add wet ingrediants.
    Stir well.
    Add water as needed a little at a time.
    Continue to cook for at least 2 more hours at 250.

    To add more heat I add about teaspoon of some very fine crazy type of hot sauce when I add the wet ingrediants.
