    Crockpot Hot Dog Chili

    List of Ingredients

    3 pounds ground chuck
    3 cups water
    3 cloves garlic -- minced
    1 tablespoon salt or less
    2 tablespoons ground cumin OR to 3 tablespoons chili powder -- or to taste
    cayenne pepper to taste
    8 tablespoons paprika

    Recipe

    Brown ground chuck; drain and combine with remaining ingredients in a slow cooker. Stir well to thoroughly mix spices. Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours or High for 4 to 6 hours. Serve over broiled hot dogs in toasted or steamed buns.
