List of Ingredients
3 tablespoon Butter
2 cups Onions finely chopped
1/2 cup Green Bell Peppers finely chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic fresh minced
2 1/2 pound Ground chuck
2 package Chilio mix
32 ounces Chili con carne
12 ounces Tomato paste
60 ounce Kidney beans
7 1/2 ounces Tomato and jalapenose
29 ounces Tomatoes chopped
2 1/2 12 oz cans Beer
1 clove Garlic fresh, minced
1/2 tablespoon Cumin Recipe
Brown ground chuck and drain, set aside. Melt butter and saute onions, peppers and minced garlic. Add all ingredients in large cooking pot and simmer 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
