Creamy White Chicken Chili

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves -- cut 1/2" cubes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon oil
30 ounces great northern beans, rinse, drain
14 ounces chicken broth
8 ounces chopped green chiles
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1 cup sour cream (8 oz)
1/2 cup whipping cream
Recipe
In a large saucepan, saute chicken, onion and garlic powder until chicken is no longer pink. Add beans, broth, chilies, ans seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 30 mins. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Serve immediately. YIELD: 7 servings.
