    "Tastes even better if chilled, then reheated."

    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds Ground beef
    2 Onions -chopped
    4 cloves Garlic -minced
    6 ounces Tomato paste
    14 ounces Canned tomatoes -small dice
    30 ounces Black soy beans -drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup Chili powder -hot or mild
    12 ounces Michelob Ultra
    1 teaspoon Salt -or to taste
    Liquid Splenda to taste -I use one drop

    Recipe



    Saute ground beef until no longer pink.

    Add onion and garlic; continue cooking until veggies are soft, but not brown.

    Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil.

    Reduce heat and allow to simmer for at least one hour.

    Per Serving: 350 Calories; 24g Fat (62.0% calories from fat); 20g Protein; 13g Carbohydrate; 7g Dietary Fiber; 64mg Cholesterol; 458mg Sodium.
