    Cheese Enchiladas

    List of Ingredients

    1 dozen corn tortillas
    1 onion -- finely chopped
    8 ounces Velveeta cheese
    1 large can chili without beans
    8 ounces Monterey jack cheese

    Recipe

    Cube cheeses. Mix cheese and onion. Dip tortillas into hot water and sprinkle with cheese and onion. Roll and place in greased dish. Top with chili and top with cheese and onions. Bake 20 minutes at 350ºF.
