Mom's Enchiladas

List of Ingredients
2 lbs. hamburger
2-8oz bags of shredded cheddar cheese
1 large onion
1 can of chopped black olives
2 teaspoons of oregano
2 teaspoons garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 large or 2 small cans of Las Palmas or other brand of chili sauce
flour
2 pkgs. of flour tortillas or 2 dozen
Recipe
Pre-heat oven to 350. Chop onion into small pieces, and brown with hamburger and spices. Drain, and add olives. Thicken chili with flour, to a point that it can be spread. Spread thickened chili on tortillas Add meat combination, and some cheese to each one and roll. Put into baking dish. When all enchiladas are done, add the rest of the chili sauce over them evenly. And spread cheese evenly over all of them. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. You may need 2 baking dishes, depending on the amount you adjust your recipe to. Place enchiladas with the seam down in the pan. (13x9x2 preferred)
