    Haddock: Baked Lemon Haddock

    List of Ingredients

    2 pounds haddock fillets
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    2 tablespoons dried parsley
    2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    Recipe

    Cut fish into serving-size pieces. Place in an 11"x7"x2" baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fish. Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
