1 1/2 cups crushed saltines
1/3 cup melted butter
1 1/2 pints drained oysters
1/3 cup white wine
1/2 cup cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Mix saltines and butter together, alternate layers of crumbs and oysters, pour wine and cream over mixture, top with cheese. Bake 425ºF for 20 minutes. Very rich.
