    Salmon: Baked Salmon Fillets

    List of Ingredients

    2 pounds fresh salmon fillets
    butter
    lemon wedges
    6 tablespoons miracle whip
    6 tablespoons sour cream
    green onions, sliced
    shredded cheddar cheese
    paprika

    Recipe

    Squeeze a wedge of lemon over each fillet, following with 3 tablespoons melted butter. Bake fillets at 400ºF for 10 minutes. Top with sour cream sauce consistency of mayonnaise and sour cream, another wedge or two of lemon and a bunch of chopped onions. Sprinkle the fish with cheddar cheese and paprika. Bake another 10-15 minutes or until fish is firm and the cheddar cheese begins to brown, remove the fillets carefully from the pan with a thin metal spatula, leaving the skin stuck to the bottom.
