Catfish: Broiled Pond Catfish Fillets

List of Ingredients
6 catfish fillets
lemon pepper, garlic powder,
red pepper, black pepper
1/3 cup butter
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/2 pound shrimp, chopped, season with salt/pepper
1 cup crabmeat
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 tbl. chicken broth -- (2 to 3)
1 tablespoon dry white wine
melted butter
lemon juice
SAUCE:
1/2 cup butter, melted
juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
Rinse and dry fillets. Season with lemon pepper, garlic powder, red and black pepper. Set aside. Melt butter in saucepan. Add parsley and green onions. Saute 2-3 minutes. Add seasoned shrimp, cook until pink. Add crabmeat and bread crumbs. Add chicken broth and wine to moisten mixture. Place fillets in pan lined with foil. Broil in preheated broiler 3 minutes. Turn fillets over. Baste with butter and lemon juice. Spread dressing over each fillet and broil 5 minutes longer. Mix butter, lemon juice, parsley and garlic powder together. Warm and serve sauce with broiled catfish.
