Catfish: Catfish Parmesan

2/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
6 catfish fillets
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup sliced almonds Recipe
Combine first five ingredients, stir well, then combine egg and milk. Dip fillets in egg mixture and then dredge in flour. Arrange in lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle almonds over top and bake at 350ºF for 35 to 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
