    Catfish: Sour Cream Baked Catfish

    6 Dressed catfish
    1/2 c Mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tbl. Flour
    1 pint Sour cream
    3 tbl. Olives stuffed, chopped
    1 tsp. Celery salt
    1/2 tsp. Paprika
    1/2 tsp. Pepper
    1/4 tsp.Thyme
    1 tbl. Dillweed fresh
    1 Lemon wedges
    1 Parsley

    Recipe



    Place cleaned, washed, dried fish in a greased baking dish. Combine mayonnaise and flour; add sour cream, olives, celery salt, paprika, pepper and thyme. Spread sauce over fish. Sprinkle with dillweed. Bake in 350 degree oven about 25 minutes, or until fish flakes when touched with a fork. Apply garnish.
