Shrimp: Easy Baked Jumbo Shrimp

16 raw jumbo shrimp in shells
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, fine chopped
1 cup dry white wine
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
Heat oven to 375ºF. Peel shrimp and devein. Pour oil into a 13x9 inch baking dish. Place shrimp in oil and then sprinkle with parsley, onions and garlic. Drizzle with wine and lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes, or until shrimp are pink. Serves 4.
