Salmon: Golden Salmon Steaks

List of Ingredients

4 Salmon Steaks -- about 1 1/2 in. thick
1 Tablespoon Onion -- grated
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
4 Tablespoons Butter -- melted
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Thyme
Paprika
Parsley
1 Lemon -- cut in wedges


Recipe

Place steaks on greased grill. Combine onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper and thyme, with butter. Baste steaks with one-half of the butter mixture. Cook about 6-8 minutes per side or until steaks flake easily with a fork. Garnish with paprika and parsley, add lemon wedges. Serves 4.
