Crab Cakes: Lowfat Crab Cakes

2 egg -- slightly beaten
1/3 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons green onion -- finely chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cans crab meat -- drained
1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons margarine -- melted
Recipe
In small mixing bowl, stir together egg, 1/3 c. bread crumbs, onion, mustard and Worcestershire. Stir in crabmeat. In shallow dish toss 1/4 c. bread crumbs with margarine. Shape crab mix into 8 patties. coat each with bread crumb mixture. Place eon ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450ºF for 12-15 minutes or until golden, turning once. Serves 4.
