    Crab: Norfolk Crab

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound Fresh Crab Meat
    1 Stick Butter
    2 Tablespoons Cider vinegar
    Salt and pepper

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 500ºF. In 8 inch pie plate arrange crab meat. Melt butter and add vinegar. Pour over crab. Bake 15 minutes. Serves 4.
